Fast & Easy Application Process
If you are looking to purchase, refinance or invest we will firstly work together to obtain a full understanding of your financial situation, understand your requirements and objectives for the proposed Loan and identify your future goals. We then collect the supporting documentation required by the Lenders which will include information regarding your Identification, Income, Expenses, Assets and Liabilities.
Once all required supporting documents are received a preliminary credit assessment will be completed via the 40+ Lenders on our panel which have hundreds of Loan products available. This will include your borrowing capacity and pre-qualify your finance proposal. We will identify a solution that we believe can assist with your requirements and objectives. The Finance Proposal will outline the options for suggested Lenders, Loan products, current special offers and the finance structure for your new Loan.
When you have confirmed your chosen Lender and product from our Preliminary Credit Assessment, we can then submit a finance application to that Lender for formal approval. We will then navigate you through the Lenders finance process and assist you with their Loan Offer and mortgage documents. We can also help you with establishing your Bank accounts and on-line banking access with the Lender if required.
This is the best part of the process. We will help you get to the settlement of your new Loan by liaising with the chosen Lender and your legal representative to ensure that everything happens smoothly.
As your Finance Broker, we can assist you with any general queries or requests regarding your Loan facilities so please use us as your first point of contact. We value the trust that you have placed in us and appreciate any recommendations to the wider community that you can provide.
We will remain in contact with you and invite you to review your Loan in the future to ensure that your Loan facility is relevant to your current and future requirements and remains competitive in the ever changing lending environment.
